📝 Terms and Conditions – Leyenda Convention Pass

By purchasing a Leyenda Convention Pass, you agree to the following terms:

1. What the Pass Includes

The Convention Pass grants the holder access to:

All public concerts, evening performances, and open rehearsals
Convention-wide lectures, exhibitions, and community events
Participation in guitar ensembles during the Convention (June 30–July 2, 2025)
Observer access to institute masterclasses (space permitting)

Note: The Convention Pass does not include direct participation in masterclasses, workshops, or private lessons designated for institute enrollees unless prior permission is granted by faculty.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Full payment is due at the time of registration to secure your spot.
Refund requests made before June 15, 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2025, unless the event is canceled by the Leyenda Foundation.
Processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Media Release

By attending, you grant the Leyenda Foundation permission to use photos, video, or audio featuring your likeness for promotional and archival purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please contact us in advance with a written request.

5. Schedule and Program Changes

The Leyenda Foundation reserves the right to adjust programming, artists, or schedule as needed. We will notify attendees of significant changes as early as possible.
